*Note: Processing time DOES NOT include the day the order is placed. These times varies depending on current order volume are subject to change. MTO orders can be delayed up to 7-10 business days if volume of orders are high for any given release. Please keep in mind of sizing when the order is placed. No refunds/exchange will be granted if sizing does not work upon delivery.

TRACKING STATUS:
UNITED STATES:
We ship via USPS for deliveries in the US. Our carrier brings our packages to the US DAILY to ship USPS domestically from New York, US.
These packages are dropped off at the main USPS facilities where they handle business shipments in bulk. Sometimes it takes up to 24-48 hours for them to scan the package into their system due to high volume of packages being dropped off.
CANADA:
Orders in Canada are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Mail with tracking. All provinces except Ontario and Quebec has their FIRST scan 3-7 days after drop off. Delivery is approx. 7-10 business days to these locations in Canada. Delivery within Ontario/Quebec is usually 1-3 business days.
LOSS OR STOLEN:
BearLove Co. will only be responsible for delivering the package to the address on the order. Once the item is marked delivered, we are no longer responsible for any theft or loss of the package. Customers are recommended to contact their local postal office and request a GPS tracking to ensure package was indeed delivered to the exact location.
RUSH ORDERS:
Any order requests to be completed in LESS THAN the listed turnaround time on the individual item is considered a rush order. If you require a rush order, please contact us PRIOR to placing an order. We do not guarantee delivery of the order by a certain date and do not offer returns/exchanges if the item does not arrive in time for your event.
RETURN & EXCHANGE:
All orders placed are final sale and there are no refund/exchanges on our items. Please ensure you reference our sizing chart on the website prior to placing the order. If items are listed as true to size, they are in standard US sizing that fits the average child in that size.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sizing issues, please purchase at your own discretion. Items can be listed on our Facebook buy, sell, trade group (BearLove Co BST) for resell if you need to purchase another size.

OVERSELLING/OUT OF STOCK:
With the use of Sezzle payment processing system, overselling often happens when multiple accounts are checking out at the same time. It is unavoidable unless we remove the Sezzle option.
If an item is oversold, we will contact you via email to offer an alternative option or to cancel your order. We request a reply within 24-48 hours or we will cancel the out of stock item and send the balance of the order to avoid any delays. We suggest adding "admin@bearloveco.com" to your contact list to ensure you receive emails from us.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
We do not accept any order cancellations once you have checked off the 'I agree' box on the item and the order is placed. There are no exceptions. Please ask all questions prior to placing the order.
